Welcome
This is the beginning of something new. After years of writing on other platforms, I’ve decided to build my own space — a corner of the internet that I fully own and control.
Why self-host?
There’s something empowering about owning your content. No algorithm deciding who sees your posts, no platform risk, and complete creative freedom. Plus, as an engineer, it’s a great excuse to tinker with new tools.
What to expect
I’ll be writing about:
- Agentic AI — Autonomous agents, LLM orchestration, and the systems that are reshaping how we build software
- Software architecture — Patterns and decisions that shape codebases
- Developer tools — The workflows, AI-assisted setups, and tooling that make us productive
- Lessons learned — Real-world experiences from building software in an AI-first world
The stack
This blog is built with Astro — a modern static site generator that’s fast, lightweight, and supports markdown out of the box. Analytics are handled by Umami, a privacy-focused alternative to Google Analytics.
Stay tuned. The journey to Ithaca has just started.
